  1. Agreement to Terms
    By accessing or using the website www.runshinepet.com(the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (representing a business entity) and Pingyi Dingheng Trading Company (“Company,” “we,” “us”).
  2. Eligibility
    You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are acting on behalf of a valid business entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. Products & Pricing

All products and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without notice.

All prices are quoted in currencies including but not limited to U.S. Dollars (USD) or Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are exclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, and shipping charges, unless otherwise stated. The buyer is responsible for all such additional costs.

  1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including for product availability, errors in the product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Accepted payment methods include: T/T (Bank Transfer), Alipay, Visa/Mastercard, and others as indicated at checkout.

 Payment terms are as specified on the invoice. Title to the goods passes upon full payment.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs, methods, and delivery times are determined by the agreed-upon for each transaction.

We will arrange for shipment of the goods on the date agreed upon by both parties after receiving the deposit. All stated delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, weather, or carrier issues.

Risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you according to the agreed Incoterms.

  1. Returns & Refunds
    This policy applies only to defects related to product quality.

Quality Issues: If you receive products with verified quality defects, you must notify us via the Contact page on our Site within ten (10) days of receipt. You must provide evidence of the defect. Upon our confirmation of the defect, we will, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective products.

Non-Quality Issues: We are not responsible for returns, refunds, or damages resulting from:

Damage during transit by the shipping carrier.

Failure to pick up goods in a timely manner.

Situations agreed upon prior to shipment.
We may, at our discretion, provide supporting order information to assist you in filing a claim with the responsible carrier or insurance company.

  1. Intellectual Property
    The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and logos) are owned by Pingyi Dingheng Trading Company, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material without our express written permission.
  2. User Conduct
    You agree not to use the Site:

For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

To harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.

To upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.

To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site.

    THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY FOR THE PRODUCTS IN THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

  1. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
  2. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be first settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules then in effect. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties. The place of arbitration shall be [Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen – choose one].
